TreeMediation® Program

Phyto-Integrated® Remediation Systems Site Locations – 1988 to 2020

Phytoremediation site locations using the TreeMediation program completed by Applied Natural Sciences

TreeMediation Program

  • Enables access to groundwater up to 100 feet bgs (and more…) and generally depends on a shallower potentiometric surface elevation (< 50 feet bgs)
  • Ability to remediate and affect the hydraulics of specific horizons over a wide range of hydrogeologic conditions (e.g. low yield aquifers, fractured bedrock and saprolite)
  • Ability to address normally phytotoxic levels of contaminants due to the bioreactor effect
  • Limits/Eliminates irrigation requirements
  • Excludes surface/rain water – no confounding
